Reporting Channel

Should you have knowledge of any infractions that are being committed or whose commission can be reasonably predicted, as well as attempts to hide said infractions, under the terms of Decree-Law 109-E/2021 of 9 December, which creates the National Anti-corruption Mechanism and establishes the general system for the prevention of corruption, or under the terms of Law 93/2021 of 20 December, which establishes the system for the protection of whistleblowers, you may report it through the SIG PORTUGAL Whistleblowing Channel, independently and anonymously.

MAKING COMPLAINTS

You can submit your complaint by accessing canal-denuncias.pt and inserting the code 395523c1bd, identifying SERVICE INNOVATION GROUP PORTUGAL.

The channel is a suitable platform, independent from SIG PORTUGAL, in order to maintain all transparency and ethics in this process, ensuring total protection and security for whistleblowers.

The whistleblower can choose anonymity or confidentiality. By keeping anonymity and after submitting the complaint, a random code will be generated so as to ensure the tracking of the process. Only the whistleblower has access to the generated code, so it must be kept secure. To view the status of a previously submitted complaint, click here.

ARCHIVE COMPLAINTS

Complaints will be closed without further action when
- the infringement reported is of minor or insignificant gravity, or manifestly irrelevant;
- the complaint is repeated and contains no new elements of fact or law that justify following up the first complaint
- the complaint does not contain coherent and sufficient information to provide evidence of the infringement and allow for an investigation.

For the remaining complaints, the internal process for investigation and application of measures is carried out within the legal deadlines, and the file status is applied after the complaints are fully resolved.

CONTENTS OF THE COMPLAINTS

The complaints must contain the necessary data to be able to carry out an analysis of the facts reported. Thus, reports received must include the following information
- Clear and detailed exposition of the facts;
- Clear and detailed identification of the area/department where the alleged facts have taken place;
- Identification of the people involved in the behaviour reported or with knowledge of it;
- Moment when the fact occurred or still occurs;
- Quantification, whenever possible, of the impact of the reported fact on the company, area or department.
- Attach, whenever possible, documents, files or other information that is deemed relevant for the assessment and resolution of the complaint.

You may also report irregularities by employees, customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders of SIG PORTUGAL.
