The Sales Supervisor will be working very closely with the Trade Marketing Representatives (TMR) and the Market Manager. They are responsible for all aspects of Trade Marketing & Distribution management and commercial deployment in the assigned territory.

The Sales Supervisor establishes very close links with the Tobacco Wholesalers and Retailers in the assigned territory and drives this relationship to deliver on set objectives and goals.
Requisitos
• Education: Preferably University Degree & minimum diploma holder
• Experience: Preferably not less than 5 years of experience in the Tobacco Industry including Sales
Representative and/or Supervisor roles. Experience in other industries will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence and present at Senior Management level.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management (internal & external partners)
• Strong Territory & Field Force Planning & Management skills
• Computer skills: medium / high level, capacity to deal with large data, Excel, ERPs
• Language: Portuguese fluent and Minimum English B Level
